Make A Difference Day

Make A Difference Day is a national community service event which is held annually on the fourth Saturday in October. On this day, people throughout the United States unite in the common mission to improve the lives of others. Our society's members visit with residents of the local nursing home and present them with small gifts consisting of items such as facial tissue, socks, and snack crackers.
